2. Made-to-Order Production To uphold our standards of exclusivity, every NEROMONT garment is crafted on a strictly made-to-order basis. Consequently, we urge you to consult our detailed Size Guide prior to securing your purchase. Please note that minor variations in print placement, as well as slight color discrepancies (5-10%) between digital displays and physical fabric, are inherent to premium custom production and do not constitute a defect.

3. Accuracy of Billing and Shipping The secure and timely arrival of your order relies on precise information. It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping and billing details (including exact pin codes and landmarks). In the event a package is returned to us (RTO) due to incorrect details or your unavailability, the client will bear the responsibility for any subsequent re-shipping logistics and associated costs.

4. Pricing and Modifications Prices for our collections are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any garment or design at our discretion. However, once an order is successfully confirmed and processed, the pricing is secured for that specific transaction.

5. Intellectual Property The designs, typography, logos, and visual identity of NEROMONT are our exclusive intellectual property. Unauthorized reproduction, duplication, or resale of our art or brand elements is strictly prohibited and legally protected.
