1. Production & Dispatch Timelines To maintain our sustainable and exclusive production model, we initiate the crafting process the moment your order is confirmed. Please allow 2-4 business days for our production team to print, conduct quality checks, and carefully package your garment.

2. Estimated Delivery Once dispatched from our facility, the standard delivery timeframe within India is approximately 3-7 business days, depending on your exact location. Deliveries to remote or non-metro areas may require a few additional days.

3. Order Tracking As soon as your NEROMONT package is handed over to our premium courier partners, you will receive a secure tracking link via email. This allows you to monitor the journey of your order in real-time.

4. Shipping Charges We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all prepaid orders across India. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal handling and convenience fee may be applied at checkout.

5. Unforeseen Delays While we collaborate exclusively with top-tier logistics providers, certain unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather or regional disruptions) may occasionally cause minor delays.
