Refund & Return Policy

Why Our Policy Is Different — Made-to-Order Explained

Neromont operates on a Make-to-Order (Print-on-Demand / DTF) model. Unlike ready-stock retail, your garment is printed and prepared specifically for your order after you purchase it. Because of this:

  • No change-of-mind returns: we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons like change of mind, incorrect size chosen by the customer, or “didn’t like it after seeing it in person” — since the product is custom-produced and cannot be resold.
  • Backed by e-commerce rules: this is consistent with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, which recognise that made-to-order/customized goods are generally non-returnable unless defective.

We know this is stricter than fast-fashion return policies — that’s the trade-off for custom prints made just for you, and we try to make sizing/quality clear upfront (size charts, fabric details) so you order right the first time.

When We DO Offer a Replacement or Refund

  • Damaged or defective product — print peeling, fabric fault, stitching defect.
  • Wrong item/size received due to our error.
  • Transit damage — the package arrived damaged.

How to Report an Issue

  • Report window: within 48–72 hours of delivery.
  • What to send: email [support@neromont.com] or WhatsApp – 9913538533 with your order number, photos/video of the issue, and — if possible — an unboxing video (this speeds up approval significantly and is required for transit-damage claims).
  • Response time: our team reviews and responds within [2–3] business days.

Refund Method & Timeline

Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within [7–10] business days. For approved size exchanges, subject to stock availability of your size — if unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered instead.

Non-Returnable Situations

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or incorrect washing (see care label).
  • Size issues where the customer selected a size against our published size chart.
  • Any claim raised after the 48–72 hour reporting window.
