About Us

Neromont is a streetwear brand offering Made-to-Order (Print-on-Demand) apparel — DTF/DTG printed t-shirts and custom designs, produced and dispatched from India.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Site under the supervision of a parent/legal guardian, to place an order.

Products & Made-to-Order Nature

Most Neromont products are printed to order after you place a purchase — they are not pre-stocked inventory pulled off a shelf. This means:

• Production starts on payment: it begins specifically for your order once payment is confirmed.
• Colour variance: colours may vary slightly from screen to product due to display/printing differences (DTF/DTG printing).
• Different return terms: because each piece is made specifically for you, our Refund & Return Policy (below) differs from standard ready-stock retail.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors on the Site even after an order is placed, in which case we will contact you before processing.

Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, logos, and content on this Site are the property of Neromont and protected under Indian copyright law. Reproduction, resale, or use of our designs without written permission is prohibited.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the Site — this includes attempting unauthorized access, uploading malicious code, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of Liability

Neromont is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Site or products, beyond the value of the order itself, except where required by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, having exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically; continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
